Where is Team Check in?
Team Check In is compulsory, at least one representative from your team must check in.

16u & 18u Sparkler/Fireworks Team Check in is during the managers meeting at the Gaylord at the Rockies Hotel between X and X

Is there a Gate Fee?
Not all facilities have a gate fee, the below facilities have one. Please note Wednesday and Thursday Festival nights will require the tournament pass or you will need be a one day gate pass.

Who will have the Score cards?
The Plate Umpire will have the score card and turn it in to the site director. Please check the score card after your game has ended to verify the score.
Are Balls Provided
Balls are provided. The plate umpire will handle the balls for the game.
What College Coaches have stated they are attending?
The College Coach list is frequently updated here. We recommended that players reach out to college coaches to start the communication process. - LINK
Festival Nights and Special Events
All Player Parties and Festivals will have pin trading, photo booth, tinsel and music for the players and siblings to enjoy.

Thursday Night at Aurora Sports Park from 4pm has Showcase Games 14u power pool, 14u & 16u Future Stars, Home Run Derby, fastest at the 4th, Grad 2026-2028 CSE Must Qualify [Defense, Pitching, Power Hitting] from 5:00pm-9:20pm, TCIC World vs USA game.

Triple Crown Sports has partnered with AGL for our events. Please note it is up to the individual team to stream and score their own games using their AGL account and equipment.
